Individual & couples counseling: Adults of all ages using Cognitive Behavioral approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Mood concerns: Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobia
  • Trauma: physical abuse, sexual abuse, witnessing violent death, natural disaster, or military service
  • Counseling those who are cognitively challenged
  • Coping Skills Enhancement for disorder management (e.g., Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenic Disorder)
